【烹饪小贴士】忧遁草最好要选嫩叶才好吃;瓜仁也可用白镬(不放油)炒香。

    Step 1

    将材料C爆香,加入材料B炒香,备用。Saute ingredients C until fragrant,toss in ingredients B and stir-fry until aromatic and set aside.

    Step 2

    再烧热适量油,加入忧遁草叶,攢水,大火快炒,加入做法1的材料炒匀,再加入调味料炒匀后,洒入瓜仁即可上碟。Heat up some oil again and add in Sabah Snake grass,drizzle some water and stir-fry briskly with high heat. Mixes in sautéed ingredients in steps 1,add in seasoning,stir to mix,sprinkle in winter melon seeds and dish out.
