    Directions

    Step 1

    用调味料腌材料B至少1小时。Marinate all ingredients B with seasonings for at least an hour.

    Step 2

    在锅內把材料 C炒至香。Saute ingredients C in pot until fragrant.

    Step 3

    加入材料A炒均。Add in ingredients A and stir well to mix.

    Step 4

    倒入清水,煮至滚。Pour in water and bring to a boil.

    Step 5

    转小火,焖煮1½小时或至肉软。Reduce the heat and simmer for 1½ hours or until meat is tender.

    Step 6

    加入豆腐粒,再焖煮至少10分钟即可。Add in prefried beancurd and allow to simmer for at least 10 minutes.
