    Step 1

    用1/4杯普通面粉、1汤匙蚝油、少许黑酱油、1茶匙盐及少许胡椒粉腌鸡肉约20分钟。 热油,大火把鸡肉炸熟即可,滴油后置放一旁。 把Azure内锅放在煤气炉上,加热溶解牛油,把八角、桂皮及大葱爆香。加入红萝卜、马铃薯及香菇,炒3-5分钟。 1. Marinate the chicken pieces with ¼ cup plain flour, 1 Tbsp oyster sauce, dash of dark soy sauce, 1 tsp salt & dash of pepper for about 20 mins. Heat sufficient cooking oil in a wok, pan-fry the chicken pieces over high heat , remove & set aside. In a bowl, combine the seasoning ingredients, set aside. Place Azzure’s inner large pot onto a stove. Heats butter with star anise & cinnamon stick, sautéing the onions lightly. Add carrots, potatoes & fresh mushrooms and sauté for further 3-5 minutes.

    倒入清水和鸡肉,煮至滚,然后转小火焖煮5分钟。 Pour water, chicken pieces and bring to a boil, and then turn to low heat and simmer for about five minutes.

    加入调味料,试味。 Add the seasoning ingredients and taste.

    Step 4

    加入青豆和西芹,然后熄火。 迅速把内锅放入Azure焖烧锅里。 盖紧后让它焖煮4-6小时即可。 Add the frozen peas & celery, and turn off heat. 9. Quickly place the pot into Azure’s thermal pot. Close tightly with its thermal pot cover & leave it for a minimum 4-6 hours,done.
