    Step 1

    将所有烧酒酱材料放进搅拌机里打烂。煮滚备用。Mixes all sauce ingredients in blender and blend into puree, and then boil it.

    Step 2

    鸡腿肉切块,加入腌料,腌至少2小时。Cut chicken meat into small pieces and marinate with condiments for 2 hours.

    Step 3

    烧热牛油,爆香洋葱丝和蒜茸,加入鸡肉块炒匀。Heat butter in wok, saute onion and garlic until fragrant, toss in chicken meat.

    Step 4

    加入约4汤匙烧酒酱大火炒至鸡肉熟,盛起装饰即可。Add in 4tbsp sauce and stir-fry in high heat until cooked;top with garnishing and dish out.
