    Step 1

    将柠檬一半切片排上碟,另一半榨汁备用。Cut half of lemon into rings and obtain juice from the other half.

    Step 2

    鲍鱼菇剪去菇蒂(鲍鱼菇脚不要),沾上脆浆炸至金黄色,捞起片刻再回镬炸脆上碟。Remove the stems of abalone mushroom,coat with batter and deep fry briefly,dish out and return to wok,deep fry again until crispy.

    Step 3

    煮滚柠檬芡汁,勾芡至适合浓度,淋上炸好的脆菇片上,趁热享用。Boil all the lemonade sauce ingredients and thicken with starch;pour over fried abalone mushroom and serve hot.
