    心得交流站 : 甜椒要吸干水份,抹上少许薯粉,酿入馅料就不易脱落。

    Step 1

    将豆腐用布袋揸出水份后加入所有馅料及调味料,用手拌搅至起胶,然后酿入材料A内。Squeeze out water from tofu with muslin bag,and then mixes in all its ingredients with hand until springy;stuff it into ingredients A.

    Step 2

    烧热油半煎炸酿三色甜椒至金黄色,备用。Sear the stuffed capsicums in skillet with hot oil until golden brown.

    Step 3

    烧热2汤匙油,炒香全部材料B,加入芡汁,煮至适合浓度,淋上酿好的三色甜椒上即成。Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok,saute ingredients B until fragrant,add in sauce ingredients and cook until gravy slightly thicken,pour it over the stuffed tricolor capsicum and serve.
