    Step 1

    鸡腿洗净,用小刀在表皮划两刀,以适量盐和胡椒粉搽匀,腌制1小时。Wash the chicken drumsticks, use a knife to make two cuts on the skin, rub with salt and pepper and marinate for 1 hour.

    Step 2

    把鸡腿沾上鸡蛋液,再沾上炸鸡粉。Dip the drumsticks with egg sauce and coat with fried chicken powder evenly.

    Step 3

    烧热炸油,放入鸡腿以中火炸至鸡腿全熟,捞出沥干油。Heat the frying oil, deep fry the chicken legs over medium heat until the drumsticks are fully cooked, remove and drain the oil.

    Step 4

    把调味料拌匀,然后淋入鸡腿上再与配料一同享用。Mix well the seasonings, then pour them on the drumsticks and enjoy.
