泰式水果沙津 Thai Fruit Salad

┃材料┃
A: 黄梨1块、水蓊2个(浸淡盐水后沥干)、番石榴½粒(浸淡盐水后沥干)、芒果½粒
B: 指天椒2条(剁碎)、葱头仔3粒(剁碎)、疯柑2片叶(切细)
C: 炒香虾米¼小碗、炸香花生碎适量
┃酱味料┃
鱼露1汤匙、糖1汤匙、酸柑汁1汤匙、酸梅酱1汤匙
┃做法┃
1. 将全部水果切小块,加入材料B拌匀。(图1)
2. 加入酱味料拌匀(图2-4)
3. 最后加入炸香花生碎和炒香虾米,即可享用。(图5)

┃INGREDIENT┃
A: 1 slice pineapple, 2 Jambu (soak in salted water and drain), ½ guava (soak in salted water and drain), ½ mango
B: 2 chili padi (chopped), 3 shallot(chopped), 2 kaffir lime leaf (dice)
C: ¼ bowl toasted peanut (chopped), some toasted dried shrimp
┃SAUCE INGREDIENT┃
1 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp lime juice, 1 tbsp. plum sauce
┃METHOD┃
1. Cut all fruits in small pieces, mix with ingredients B. (pic 1)
2. Toss in all sauce ingredients, mix well.(pic 2-4)
3. Add in toasted peanut and dried shrimp, done.(pic 5)
