    一般泰国人都普遍地把它当作早餐吃。泰国炸鸡没有裹上厚厚的粉浆,只有香料味,吃起来非常香、皮酥肉嫩,主要是有蒜头、芫荽根和鱼露这三种泰国料理中必有的调味料,搭配着油葱酥一起吃更是有不一般的风味。

    Step 1

    将鸡肉洗净,用纸巾抹干,备用。(Wash chicken meat and pat dry with kitchen power.

    Step 2

    将腌料A用搅拌器搅碎,然后和腌料B混合均匀,备用。Blend condiments A until fine, mixes with condiments B.

    Step 3

    将混合腌料倒入鸡肉内涂抹均匀,腌至少2个小时或隔夜。Use the condiments mixture to marinate the chicken meat for at least 2 hours or overnight.

    Step 4

    取出腌好的鸡肉,加入腌料C涂抹均匀,备用。Rub condiments C on marinated chicken meat.

    Step 5

    将鸡肉放入热油炸至熟透,捞起沥干油。Deep fry chicken in hotl oil until cooked, drain.

    Step 6

    将鸡肉摆盘,洒上油葱酥和芫荽叶,配以甜鸡酱享用。Arrange in plate and garnish by shallot flakes and coriander leaves; serve with sauce.
