    Step 1

    鸡腿处理干净,背后切几刀方便入味。Clean and make several slashes on the back of the chicken thighs for better flavor penetration.

    Step 2

    将腌料搅拌均匀以腌制鸡腿最少1个小时,若能隔夜更好。Mix all the marinade ingredients and marinate the chicken thighs for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

    Step 3

    将腌制好的鸡腿涂油,放进空气炸锅170℃烤25分钟(时间温度自行调整)。Brush the marinated chicken thighs with oil and grill them in an air fryer at 170°C for about 25 minutes (adjust time and temperature as needed).

    Step 4

    烤好的鸡腿搭配蘸酱即可享用。Serve the grilled chicken thighs with the dipping sauce. Enjoy!
