做法很简单的泰式香茅鸡肉卷,先将所有材料准备好,混合均匀,串在香茅上送入烤箱,吃时再煎香即可。

    Step 1

    鸡腿肉加入鸡蛋和玉米粉打至幼滑,章鱼切块备用。Combine the chicken chunks with the egg and cornstarch until smooth. Add octopus chunks and set aside.

    Step 2

    加入章鱼块、料酒、鱼露、咖喱酱、胡椒粉、糖、柠檬叶碎和桂豆搅拌均匀。Add octopus, cooking wine, fish sauce, curry paste, black pepper, sugar, chopped lemon leaves and rench bean. Stir to combine.

    Step 3

    将肉末串在香茅上,放入烤箱200℃烤15分钟。Thread the meat mixture onto lemongrass stalks and place in an oven preheated to 200°C. Bake for 15 minutes.

    Step 4

    把烤好的肉串煎一下即可。Sear the cooked skewers in a pan and ready to serve.
