Directions
把事先处理过的海参和鱼鰾切块,然后和全部材料个别飞水。 Cut pre-processed sea cucumber & fish maw into pieces, and then blanch each at a time with all other ingredients A in boiling water.
留少许油在锅里,把材料A和调味料炒香后加入上湯, 焖约10分钟后勾芡。 Keep some oil in wok, stir-fry all ingredients A and seasoning until fragrant, then pour in stock, simmer in low heat for 10 minutes, thicken with starch.
小棠莱飞水后排在碟边 Blanch vegetable and arrange in plate。
把焖好的材料放在碟中即可。 place braised ingredients in the centre and serve.
