烤鱼西葫芦面条 Zucchini noodles with grilled Fish

材料
鲛鱼肉1块、青色及黄色西葫芦各1条、大洋葱1粒(切丝)
调味料
胡椒粉及盐适量
做法
1 将Zucchini洗净刨丝备用。(图1)
2. 鲛鱼洗净切成2块,用盐涂抹腌好。(图2)
3. 平底锅热少许油,放入鱼块煎至两面金黄色。(图3-4)
4. 锅热少许油,爆香洋葱丝,加入Zuchini炒香,以少许盐与胡椒粉调味。(图5-6)
5. 将炒好的西葫芦排入碟,铺上鱼块即可享用。

INGREDIENTS
1 block mackerel fish fillet, 1 each of green and yellow zucchini, 1 big onion (juliennes)
SEASONING
pepper and salt to taste
METHOD
1 Wash zucchini and juliennes. (pic 1)
2 Cut mackerel fish into 2 pieces and marinate with salt.(pic 2)
3 Heat oil in pan, sear mackerel until both sides turns brown. (pic 3-4)
4 Heat some oil in wok, sauté onion unil fragrant; add in zucchini and season with dash of pepper and
salt. (pic 5-6)
5 Arrange zucchini in plate, top with fish and serve.
