    Step 1

    蚧柳菇切去根部,用适量油扁干至金黄色,备用。Remove stems of mushroom and saute with some oil until golden brown.

    Step 2

    烧热油3汤匙炒香姜末,加入豆包炒香至松散,然后加入所有材料和调味料,快手炒匀即可上碟。Heat 3 tbsp oil to saute ginger until fragrant,add in chopped gluten and stir-fry until loosen;toss in all other ingredients and seasoning,stirfry briskly and dish out.
