    Step 1

    马铃薯(连皮)煮约30分;取出过冷水,去皮切丁备用。Boil potato with skin for about 30 minutes;rinse with cold water,peel off skin and diced.

    Step 2

    烧热油1汤匙,加入马铃薯丁和调味料A,焖至浓稠备用。Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok,add in potato and seasoning A,braise until gravy thicken.

    Step 3

    烧热2汤匙油,爆香姜末,加入白玉菇和红箩卜片炒香,加入小白菜和调味料B快手炒匀,将马铃薯回锅兜匀即可上碟。Heat 2 tbsp oil in a clean wok,saute ginger until fragrant,add mushroom and carrot ; toss in Xiao bai Chai and seasoning B; stir-fry in high heat briskly,stir in braised potato and dish out.
