牛油果鸡蛋沙拉 Mashed Avocado Egg Salad

材料
A : 水煮蛋4粒 (冷却剥壳)、牛油果100克、狄绒芥末酱1茶匙、½ 粒柠檬取汁、盐和胡椒粉适量
B : 番茄片、生菜叶、洋莞荽适量、额外海盐

做法
1 用叉把所有材料A压烂并混合均匀。(图1-4)
2 和配料B一起享用;也可配苏打饼或面包吃。(图5)

INGREDIENTS
A : 4 large hard boiled eggs (cooled and peeled), 100g avocado, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, ½ lemon juiced, salt
and pepper to taste
B : Sliced tomatoes, lettuce leaves, sprinkle of fresh parsley, extra sea salt
METHOD
1 Mash all ingredients A with the back of a fork until fully combined. (pic 1-4)
2 Serve with sub-ingredients B; may also serve with some crackers or on a slice of toasted bread.
