猪肉芝士汉堡包Pork & Cheese Burger

【芝士肉饼材料】可做6个
猪肉碎600克、大葱1粒(剁碎)、干牛至草1茶匙、 狄绒芥末酱2茶匙、A蛋1粒(打散)、软面包糠35克、parmesan、cheddar 及mozzarella芝士茸各30克、盐和胡椒粉适量

【配料】
汉堡包6-8个(横切开涂牛油烤香)、芝士酱、美乃滋酱、番茄、青瓜(切片)、额外芝士片、生菜

【芝士肉饼做法】
1.把所有材料用手混合。(图1-2)
2.把肉馅做成圆饼状,约135-150克重,肉饼面积应该和所用汉堡包一样大小,放入冰箱30分钟,然后入锅蒸5分钟。(图3-4)
3.起锅热少许油,把肉饼以小火煎至两边熟透。

【组合】
在汉堡包上涂少许美奶滋,然后放上番茄、芝士片、煎肉饼、青瓜丝及炒鲜菇,再淋上芝士酱,盖上汉堡包即可。(图6-8)

【Cheese Patties Ingredients】for 6 portions
600g mince pork, 1 big onion(finely chopped), 1 tsp each dried oregano, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 “Grade A” egg, beaten, 35 g fresh breadcrumbs, 30g grated parmesan cheese, 30 g grated cheddar cheese, 30 g mozzarella cheese, salt & pepper to taste

【Sub-Ingredients】
6-8 burger buns (split, buttered & toasted), cheese sauce, mayonnaise sauce, tomatoes (sliced), cucumber (sliced), extra cheese slices, sliced let-tuce leaves

【Method for Cheese Patties】
1.Combine all burger patties ingredients and mix with damp hands. (pic 1-2)
2.Form into round patties about 135-150 g each. The size of the burger patties should be the same as the burger bun. Chill for 30 minutes, and then steam for 5 minutes. (pic 3-4)
3.Preheat non-stick pan, add some oil & pan fry the cheese patties until brownish. (pic 5)

【To Assemble】
Lay a layer of bun, top with some mayonnaise spread, tomato, cheese slice, cheese burger patties, shredded cucumber, fried mushrooms & cheese sauce. Top with another half of bun and serve. (pic 6-8)
