    Directions

    Step 1

    将原条带皮的茄子开烧水煮至熟透,去皮切条 摆入碟中。 Blanch the whole eggplant with skin until well cooked; peel and cut into strips and arrange in plate.

    Step 2

    将北菇、蒜米、大葱及红辣椒全部切幼粒备 用。 Chopped chinese mushroom, garlic, onion and red chilli finely.

    Step 3

    开烧锅放少许油爆香剁碎材料A,再下肉碎和调 味料A炒香。 Heat some oil in wok, sauté chopped ingredients A until fragrant; and then toss in minced meat and seasoning A.

    Step 4

    之后加入调味料B焖煮大约3分钟,勾芡后淋在 茄子上即可。 Add in seasoning B and simmer for about 3 minutes, thicken with starch, done.
