    Step 1

    把灯笼椒全切丁。Dice all capsicums and put aside.

    Step 2

    把鸡蛋加调味料打散。Beat eggs with seasoning.

    Step 3

    起锅热油和麻油,以中火炒虾仁片刻。Heat oil and sesame oil in a preheated wok. Add the prawns and fry briefly over medium low heat.

    Step 4

    加入指天椒和灯笼椒炒均。Add in bird’s eye chili and all the capsicums. Toss well.

    Step 5

    倒入打散鸡蛋,以中火迅速炒至蛋凝结,撒入黑胡椒粉和青葱粒即可。Pour in the beaten egg. Stir constantly over medium heat until the egg starts to scramble and set.Sprinkle in coarse ground black pepper and chopped spring onion.
