    Step 1

    将素肉碎、香菇丁、芹菜碎及麦片加入所有调味料拌匀,备用。Mix the vegetarian ground meat, diced shiitake mushrooms, chopped celery and oatmeal with all the seasoning ingredients. Set aside.

    Step 2

    取一饺子皮,馅料放在中间包好。Take a dumpling wrapper and place a portion of the filling in the center. Fold and seal the dumpling.
