将素肉碎、香菇丁、芹菜碎及麦片加入所有调味料拌匀,备用。Mix the vegetarian ground meat, diced shiitake mushrooms, chopped celery and oatmeal with all the seasoning ingredients. Set aside.
取一饺子皮,馅料放在中间包好。Take a dumpling wrapper and place a portion of the filling in the center. Fold and seal the dumpling.
包的时候记得要将皮与馅料粘紧,上面放上少许萝卜碎。When sealing the dumplings, make sure the wrapper and filling are tightly secured. Place a small amount of diced carrot on top.
放入蒸锅以中大火蒸约10分钟即可。Steam the dumplings in a steamer over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes.
