    Step 1

    把所有材料和调味料混合在一起,然后以保鲜膜覆盖,收入冰箱腌隔夜。Put all ingredients and seasoning into a mixing bowl and mix well. Wrap with cling film and marinate overnight in the fridge.

    Step 2

    把鸡肉和腌汁一起放入锅里,以大火煮至滚,然后转小火焖煮至肉熟汁稠,间中搅拌以防粘锅。Put chicken and the marinade sauce into a sauce pan and bring to boil at high heat. Lower the heat and simmer until the chicken is cooked and sauce has thickened. Turn over chicken pieces occasionally to prevent it from sticking the wok. Dish and serve.
