    Step 1

    先把红番茄割十字刀,放入蒸锅蒸5分钟,待凉后剥皮,放入果汁机打成泥状待用。Criss-cross slice the tomato and steam for 5 minutes, peel after cooling. Put the tomatoes into blender and blend to puree for later use.

    Step 2

    烧热油少许,放入素火腿炒香,倒入番茄泥、水、调味料、素虾一起拌匀煮滚。Heat some oil to saute the mock ham until fragrant, add tomato puree, water, seasonings and mock shrimps mix well and bring to a boil.

    Step 3

    加入冬粉和青豆煮熟即可。先将冬粉放入瓦煲内,淋上其余材料即可享用。Add glass noodles and Edamame to cooked. Put the glass noodles into clay pot, then follow pour the rest of the ingredients.Enjoy.
