罗宋汤ABC Soup

【材料】
鸡高汤1200毫升(用2副鸡骨煮成)、鸡精粉1茶匙、白糖1茶匙、桂皮1枝、马铃薯1粒(去皮切粒)、红萝卜1条(去皮切粒)、鸡胸肉2副(切粒)、大葱1粒(切粒)、西芹2枝(切粒)、盐适量、胡椒粉适量

【做法】
1.煮滚水,放入空心粉煮至熟,捞起备用。(图 1)
2.把鸡高汤煮滚后加入桂皮、鸡精粉、白糖、红萝卜及马铃薯,煮至马铃薯软身。(图 2-3)
3.加入鸡肉、大葱及西芹,煮至大葱便透明,以盐和胡椒粉调味,熄火。(图 4-6)
4.吃时把烫熟的意粉放入碗内,倒入罗宋汤即可。

【Ingredients】
1200ml chicken stock from 2 chicken carcasses, 1 tsp chicken stock granules, 1 tsp sugar, 1 small cinnamon stick, 1 potato (skinned & cubed), 1 large carrot (skinned & cubed), 2 chicken breast fillets (cubed), 1 onion (cut into cubed ), 2 celery stalks (finely chopped), salt & pepper to taste, 1 cup (180g) macaroni (such as small shells or small macaroni)

【Method】
1.Boiled the macaroni in the boling water till cooked.(pic 1)
2.Place the chicken stock in a large pot. Bring to the boil, add cinnamon stick, chicken stock granules, sugar, carrots, potatoes, simmer until potatoes are tender.(pic 2–3)
3.Add chicken pieces, onions and celery, season with salt and pepper to taste. Turn off heat.(pic 4–6)
4.To serve, add a handful of macaroni to the base of each bowl and ladle over the hot soup, serve immediately.
