羅漢肉骨茶 Vegetarian Bak Kut Teh

【材料】
大白菜300克、胡萝卜1根、玉米笋10条、香菇10颗(浸泡至软、白玉菇1把、甜豆1包、肉骨茶包1份、蒜头1颗、纯净水1公升(份量可自己斟酌调整)
【调味料】
海盐 ½茶匙
【做法】
1. 将大白菜洗净切段;胡萝卜去皮洗净,切块备用。(图1)
2. 甜豆洗净,去掉蒂头和粗丝;白玉菇洗净切去根部,备用。(图2-3)
3. 取一锅子,倒入纯净水,然后放进所有的材料,大火煮至滚后,转小火煮1个半小时,熄火前加入海盐调味,即可享用。(图4)

【Ingredients】
300g Chinese cabbage, 1 carrot, 10 pc baby corn, 10pcs Chinese mushroom (soaked), 1 bunch white shemeiji mushroom, 1 pkt sweet pea, 1 pkt Bak Kut Teh mixed herbals, 1 liter water
【Seasoning】
½ tsp sea salt
【Method】
1. Wash and cut Chinese cabbage into sections, peel carrot and cut into pieces. (pic 1)
2. Wash peas and snap the stem and strings ; remove stems of mushroom. (pic 2-3)
3. Pour water and all ingredients into pot. Bring to quick boil and then simmer n low heat for 1½ hr, season with sea salt. (pic 4)
