【烹饪小贴士】饼杯模需先在热油里烫热后才沾面糊,炸时饼杯才容易脱落。

    Directions

    Step 1

    把面糊材料混合,热足够的油在锅里,把饼杯模沾面糊,然后放入热油中炸至脱模,再炸成金黄色才捞出,滴干油。Garnishing:1 tbsp diced red chili,1 tbsp chopped spring onion.

    Step 2

    起锅热1汤匙油,把姜、虾米及蒜爆香,然后加入肉碎、虾胶及其他剩余材料,炒至熟透后加入调味料,并撒少许水以保湿,然后盛出待凉。Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok and sauté ginger, dried prawns and garlic till fragrant. Add in minced pork, prawns and all the remaining ingredients. Stir-fry well till cooked through. Add in seasoning and stirfry to mix. Sprinkle in a little water to moisten the dish. Dish out and leave to cool completely.

    Step 3

    把馅料舀入饼杯里,撒上青葱粒和红辣椒粒,即可配辣椒酱吃。Spoon filling to fill up the pie tee case and add a little chopped spring onion and red chili. Serve with chili sauce.
