    外皮香脆里面有浓浓芋头的香气, 一口咬下,真是满足!让人吃了还想再吃。

    Step 1

    把芋头和马蹄去皮洗净切丝,鲜冬菇切丝。Peel yam and water chestnut, wash and shredded; mushroom shredded.

    Step 2

    烧热1汤匙油,炒香冬菇 和菜脯,加入芋丝、马蹄丝和调味料炒均匀,盛起待凉才用。Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok, sauté mushroom and pickled radish until fragrant, toss in yam and water chestnut plus seasoning; stir-fry until well mixed, dish out and cool down.

    Step 3

    把春卷皮摊开,包入馅料,向外卷起,以面糊收口。Place filling on top of spring roll skin, roll up and seal both ends with batter.

    Step 4

    烧热油,将春卷放下以中火炸至金黄色全脆即可享用。Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown; drain.
