    酸酸甜甜的芒果与咖喱一起拌煮,能使咖喱的风味变得清爽。

    Step 1

    镬内烧热椰油,爆香芥菜籽、咖哩叶、辣椒及大葱至香,加入姜茸芫荽酱。Heat coconut oil in a wok, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chilly & onion, saute till fragrant, adding the ground ginger & coriander paste.

    Step 2

    炒约2分钟后,加入芒果。Saute for 2 minutes or till fragrant before adding the mangoes.

    Step 3

    加入腌好的虾及清水,煮至虾熟后加入椰浆。Add the marinated prawns, water to let prawns cook and lastly coconut milk.

    Step 4

    以少许盐及黑胡椒调味。Season to taste with salt & black pepper.

    Step 5

    熄火,吃时以少许芫荽叶点缀。Turn off heat & garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
