    Directions

    Step 1

    将鸡块和腌料拌匀,腌最少2个小时。沾上蛋液再沾上粟粉,放入热油中炸至金黄色及熟,捞起沥干油。Marinate chicken with condiments for at least 2 hours; and then coat with egg sauce follow with corn flour and then deep fry until crispy,drain.

    Step 2

    将芒果格拉布全部材料拌匀。Mixes all Kerabu mango ingredients.

    Step 3

    把芒果格拉布放入碟中,上面放炸鸡块,趁热吃。Arrange crispy chicken with Kerabu mango in plate to serve.
