    Directions

    Step 1

    材料A拌匀,隔水蒸30分钟成糯米饭,备用。Mixes ingredients A and steam for 30 minutes until cooked.

    Step 2

    拌匀材料C,备用。Mixes ingredients C and set aside.

    Step 3

    取一张海苔铺入适量蒸熟糯米饭,放上适量的材料C,轻压平,再放上三条芦笋在中间,卷起用面糊封口,即成海苔卷。Spread glutinous rice on a sheet of Nori,top with some ingredients C, press lightly,place 3 asparagus over and roll up, seal with batter.

    Step 4

    取一张腐皮抹上面糊,放上一条海苔卷卷起即成,至全部做好,隔水蒸5分钟,取出待冷,热油炸至金黄色,切½寸厚片享用。Spread some batter on bean curd skin and top with a Nori roll,roll up and steam for 5 minutes,let cool down before deep fry until golden browm. Cut into ½ thick slices to serve.
