    Step 1

    把鸡肉放入滚水中川烫,然后滴干。Blanch chicken in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Dish out and drain.

    Step 2

    把1.5公升水煮沸后,放入材料B,大火煮滚。Bring 1.5 litres water to a boil then add in ingredients B. Cook to a boil over high heat.

    Step 3

    放入鸡肉,转小火。焖煮约1小时至肉软。Once boiled add in chicken. Reduce the heat to low and braise the chicken for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.

    Step 4

    加调味料调味即可。Adjust with seasoning to taste.
