    凡是蒸鱼一定要待锅中水煮沸才可把鱼放入蒸,否则,鱼会蒸不熟而影响肉质。鱼之所以清蒸,可以很好的保留了鱼本身的营养物质。

    Step 1

    煮一锅水,放入姜片和青葱,然后放入鱼肉川烫10~20秒钟;盛出,放在蒸盘里。Place ginger slices and spring onion in a pot of boiling water. Scald Garoupa fish fillet briefly for 10~20 seconds. Dish out carefully and arrange on a steaming plate.

    Step 2

    把配料围放在鱼肉旁边,然后大火蒸6~8分钟, 盛出。Place ingredients sub-ingredients around the fish, steam for 6~8 minutes or until cooked. Remove from the steamer.

    Step 3

    将调味料A混合,搅拌至糖溶解,然后加入调味料B,然后在蒸鱼前后,淋在鱼肉上。Mix seasoning A together, stir until sugar dissolves. Combine with rest of seasoning B. Drizzle over fish before steaming and after steaming.

    Step 4

    撒入装饰料即可上桌。Add garnishing and serve at once.
