    Step 1

    烧热1汤匙油,加入蒜蓉和葱头仔碎爆香,再加入肉碎和调味料炒至熟,盛起备用。Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok,sauté garlic and shallot until fragrant, toss in minced meat and seasoning until cooked.

    Step 2

    将日本豆腐排在碟子上,淋上肉碎馅用大火蒸5分钟。Arrange tofu on plate, top with cooked minced meat and steam in high heat for 5 minutes.

    Step 3

    装饰后即可上桌。Garnish to serve.
