    Step 1

    将冬瓜连皮切薄片,备用。Cut winter gourd into thin slices and set aside.

    Step 2

    把全部材料B煮约10分钟。Boil ingredients B for 10 minutes.

    Step 3

    爆香材料C,加入冬瓜片和鲜菇炒片刻,倒入煮沸的材料B,煮至冬瓜软身,加入腐竹片和调味料,即成。Saute ingredients C until fragrant, add in winter gourd and fresh mushroom, stir fry briefly before pouring in boiled ingredients B; simmer until winter gourd soften, add in bean curd stick and seasoning, done.
