蒸肉饼 Steamed Meat Cake

材料 :
肉碎300克、马蹄4粒(切碎)、吊片1小片(切碎浸泡)、鸡旦2粒、青葱粒1汤匙
调味料 :
生抽2汤匙、粟粉1汤匙、蚝油1茶匙、麻油少许、水3-4汤匙、胡椒粉和盐少许
淋面:
蒜香油1汤匙
做法 :
1.将肉碎加入调味料,捞至起胶质。
2.加入马蹄碎、吊片碎及鸡旦拌匀。
3.把混合料铺平入蒸盘中,以大火蒸20分钟至熟。
4.取出,面上撒入青葱粒及淋入蒜香油,便可。

INGREDIENTS :
300g minced meat, 4 pcs water chestnut (chopped), 1 small piece processed squid
(chopped and soaked), 2 eggs, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion
SEASONING :
2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp corn flour, 1 tsp oyster sauce, drops of sesame oil, 3-4tbsp water,
dash of salt & pepper
TOPPING:
1 tbsp garlic oil
METHOD :
1. Marinate minced meat with seasoning and blend with hand until springy.
2. Add in water chestnut, squid and egg and mixes well.
3. Spread mixture onto steaming plate; and then steam in high heat for 20 minutes or
until cooked.
4. Dish out and sprinkle spring onion on top and pour garlic oil over and serve.
