    鸡腿肉的口感非常好,鸡肉多汁,有浓浓的蔬菜香和肉香。

    Step 1

    把鸡腿肉洗净抹干,然后以调味料腌15分钟。Clean and pat dry chicken leg, marinade with seasoning for 15 minutes.

    Step 2

    将红萝卜、芦笋及松菇放在鸡肉中间,然后卷紧,以绳子绑住。 Place carrots, asparagus and shimeji mushroom in the centre and roll up. Secure and tighten with string.

    Step 3

    在Tefal Everest 热少许油,放入鸡肉卷煎3-4分钟,至两边转金黄色。Heat oil in Tefal Everest wokpan and pan fry chicken roll and cook 3-4 minutes on both sides till golden brown.

    Step 4

    然后倒入热水,加盖煮4-5分钟至肉熟透。Add in hot water and close with lid, cook for 4-5 minutes on low heat till chicken roll is cooked through.

    Step 5

    去掉绳子,把鸡肉卷切4-5块,撒入干香料和初榨橄榄油即可。Remove string and cut into 4-5 pieces. Sprinkle with dried parsley and extra virgin olive oil.
