    小贴士 : 注意油温别过高,米粉炸至金黄色就要准备捞起来。

    Step 1

    大明虾剥壳留尾洗净 。虾胶加入调味料拌匀至起胶。Shelled prawns and keep tails intact. Marinade minced shrimp with seasoning.

    Step 2

    芫荽茸、马蹄切末,加入虾胶里拌匀,酿在大虾身上,尾巴除外。Chop coriander and water chestnut; add into shrimp paste and stir evenly. Wrap prawns with shrimp paste.

    Step 3

    将一小撮德国米粉摊平,放上酿好的明虾,1只只卷起来。Soak vermicelli until soften, place on board, then put prawn on top and roll up.

    Step 4

    热油锅,将酿好的明虾炸5分钟即可捞起来。Heat oil in wok, deep fry the prawn roll for 5 minutes and dish out.

    Step 5

    用薄荷美乃滋、生菜装饰即可上桌。Garnish the prawn roll with mayonnaise and lettuce.
