    蚝干富含十分优良的蛋白质,肝糖元、维生素与矿物质、含有十八种以上的氨基酸,是很好的滋补品,煮粥特别鲜美。

    Step 1

    蚝干洗净泡水1小时;白米洗净;长豆叶洗净,备用。Soaked the dried oyster for at least 1 hour; wash rice; wash the long bean leaf, set aside.

    Step 2

    取一锅,放入清水、白米、蚝干、姜片以大火煮滚后,加入长豆叶,转小火续煮30分钟。Boil the rice, add the dried oysters and ginger, cook with high heat, bring to boil. Add in long bean leaf, cover the pot and turn the heat to low, simmer for another 30 minutes.

    Step 3

    最后加入所有调味料拌匀即可。Add the sesame oil, white pepper and salt to taste.
