蜜汁蚝油鸡 Honey Chicken

【材料】
鸡翼8-10只、咖喱叶2棵
【腌料】
花雕酒1大匙、生抽1汤匙、糖1茶匙、老抽1茶匙、蚝油1茶匙、胡椒粉少许
【酱汁材料】
蚝油2大匙、蜂蜜2大匙
【做法】
1. 将所有腌料混合捞匀备用。
2. 先将鸡翼以腌料腌制4小时。
3. 将腌好的鸡翼置入嘉威太空双宝的架子上,以250℃烘20分钟。(图1)
4. 镬中热1⁄2汤匙油,放入咖喱叶炒香,再加入所有酱对材料捞匀。(图2-4)
5. 最后倒入鸡翅快速兜炒,即可上碟趁热享用。(图5)

【Ingredients】
8-10 pcs chicken wings, 2 stalks curry leaves
【Marinate Ingredients】
1 tbsp chinese wine, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce, some
pepper
【Seasoning】
2 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp honey
【Method】
1. Combine all the marinate ingredients, set aside.
2. Marinate the chicken wings with the marinate ingredients for at least 4 hours.
3. Place the chicken wings on preheated Cadware space Oven Wok tray, bake at 250℃ for 20 minutes
till cook.(pic 1)
4. Heat wok with 1⁄2 tbsp oil, saute curry leave till fragrant, add in all sauce ingredients, stir well.(pic 2-4)
5. Lastly pour in all the baked chicken wings and have a quick stir, done and serve hot.(pic 5)
