    Step 1

    把猪肉川烫1-2分钟后洗净滴干。Blanch pork pieces in boiling water for 1-2 minutes.Wash and drain well.

    Step 2

    把2.5公升清水煮至滚,然后加入猪肉和所有其他材料A。Bring 2.5 litres water to boil.Add in pork and all other ingredients A.

    Step 3
