豉油皇鲜鱿Soy Sauce Squid

材料
鲜鱿鱼300克、大葱100克、红灯笼椒50克、红辣椒50克、姜两片

【调味料】
盐1茶匙、鸡精粉1茶匙、豉油皇3茶匙、糖1茶匙

做法
1.将鲜鱿鱼去皮洗净,切花后再切小片,汆烫后备用。
2.大葱、红灯笼椒、红辣椒洗净,切片备用。
3.起油锅大火将鱿鱼片过油,捞起沥干油备用。
4.油锅剩少许油,把姜片和大葱片爆香。
5.将鱿鱼回锅,大火快炒,下红灯笼椒和红辣椒炒匀。
6.把所有调味料倒入锅里炒至收汁即可捞起享用。

【Ingredients】
300g fresh squid, 100g onion, 50g red capsicum, 50g red chilli, 2 slices ginger

Seasoning
1 tsp salt, 1 tsp chicken powder, 3 tsp premium soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar

Method
1.Wash and peel the squid, cross cut the surface and then cut into small pieces, blanch in boiling water, set aside.
2.Wash onion, red capsicum & red chilli, sliced all.
3.Heat oil in wok, blanch squid and drain.
4.Keep some oil in wok, sauté ginger and onion until fragrant.
5.Return squid to wok, stir-fry in high heat, then toss in red capsicum & red chilli.
6.Pour in all seasoning and keep stir frying until gravy reduce, dish out.
