    Step 1

    摊开锡纸,放入青葱、姜片和当归,再放入螃蟹。Lay spring onion, ginger and DangGui on aluminum sheet,top with crabs.

    Step 2

    将调味料拌匀,倒在螃蟹上包起。Mixes all seasoning and pour over the crabs; wrap up.

    Step 3

    将螃蟹放入预热至200度烤箱烤大约25分钟或至熟。Put into pre-heated oven at 200℃,bake for about 25 minutes or until cooked.

    Step 4

    装饰,即可享用。Garnish and serve.
