    酸柑汁时果星斑酸酸的很开胃。而且酸柑汁可以增强抵抗力,原因在于它含有的大量维生素C和柠檬酸,可帮助消化,促进造血功能,提高肌体抵抗力。

    Step 1

    红斑鱼洗净去龙骨,改斜刀切花,以适量家乐鸡精粉腌制,沾上蛋液及少许生粉后,将鱼头及鱼尾部用热油炸酥成型,摆盘备用。Thoroughly clean and prepared grouper for seasoning. Slice vertical lines along the fish and season with Knorr chicken stock. Mix eggs and cornstarch, deep fry fish while avoiding the fish's head and tail.

    调味料调成酸柑糖醋汁后煮匀,略勾薄芡,放入综合水果粒后,淋在鱼肉上,再以葱丝和松子装饰即可。Bring sauce base to a simmer and add in diced seasonal fruits. Pour over fish and garnish with green onions and pine nuts.
