    【烹饪小贴士】 不可用生水(自来水)冲洗材料,要用冷开水冲洗;这样腌过的泡菜,较耐放不发霉。

    Step 1

    将材料A切菱形状后,加入1½茶匙盐腌上15分钟,用冷开水冲洗咸味,沥干水备用。Cut all ingredients A into wedges and marinate with 1½ tsp salt for 15 minute. Rinse with cold boiled water to reduce saltiness and drain.

    Step 2

    全部材料B加入准备好的材料A拌匀,腌至2小时后,再拌匀一次,放入冰箱3小时后,待入味即可享用。Mixes all ingredients B with A and marinate for 2 hours; stir to mixes again and keep in fridge for 3 hours before serve.
