    Step 1

    鲜蟹洗净斩件。Wash crabs and chop into pieces.

    Step 2

    把配料及高汤放入瓦煲中煮滚,转小火继续煮10分钟至香料出味。In a claypot, boil sub-ingredients with stock, then turn to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes until aromatic.

    Step 3

    放入东炎酱及鲜蟹以中火煮至熟。Add in Tom Yam paste and crabs and cook in medium heat until done.

    Step 4

    加入鱼露及淡奶略滚一会,挤入酸柑汁即可。Add in fish sauce and evaporated milk, boil briefly and then squeeze in lime juice before dish out.
