    Step 1

    将奶白菜以滚水汆烫好后,沿着砂锅边排放,中间留空位,跟着下金针菇汆烫,捞出后放入中间,排入蒜头和枸杞。Blanch the Napa cabbage in boiling water until slightly tender. Arrange the blanched cabbage along the edges of a clay pot, leaving space in the center. Blanch the enoki mushrooms next and place them in the middle of the pot. Add the fried garlic cloves and goji berries.

    Step 2

    注入高汤并开火煮滚,加入调味料。Pour the chicken broth into the pot and bring it to a boil. Add the desired amount of salt and concentrated chicken broth to taste.

    Step 3

    最后把炸香的干贝丝铺在面上即可上桌。Finally, sprinkle the fried scallop shreds over the top of the ingredients. The dish is now ready to be served.
