    Step 1

    先将糯米浸泡2小时。Soak the glutinous rice for 2 hours.

    Step 2

    将冬菇、素叉烧及素肉分别放入锅中炒香备用。Stir-fry the dried shiitake mushrooms, vegetarian char siu, and vegetarian mock meat separately in a pan until fragrant. Set aside.

    Step 3

    将调味料A煮滚备用,再加入香菇一起焖。Bring seasoning A to a boil, then add the shiitake mushrooms and let them simmer.

    Step 4

    锅内加入少许油,炒香糯米饭,加入少许黑酱油。In another pan, add a small amount of oil and stir-fry the glutinous rice until fragrant. Add a bit of dark soy sauce.

    Step 5

    准备小碗,把冬菇、素叉烧及素肉排放在小碗内。Prepare small bowls and arrange the shiitake mushrooms, vegetarian char siu, and vegetarian mock meat inside.

    Step 6

    加入糯米饭及调味汁,以中火蒸25分钟即可。Add the glutinous rice and seasoning sauce to the bowls. Steam over medium heat for 25 minutes, done.
