    雪莲果能消炎利尿,清肝解毒,适合糖尿病患者和减肥者食用。

    Step 1

    把药膳预先以中小火煮40分钟,然后滤出汁备用。In a small pot, cook herbal with low heat for 40 minutes, filter and set aside.

    Step 2

    鸡翼切开2段,去除翼尖,加入2汤匙生粉及1汤匙粗盐抓洗,然后以清水冲洗干净。Cut chicken wings in 2, add 2 tbsp flour and 1 tbsp salt to rub clean, wash and set aside.
