    Step 1

    将材料A用水冲洗,用干布吸去水份,然后撕成丝,备用。Wash ingredients A,pat dry with cloth and then tear into shreds.

    Step 2

    豆腐卜丝和撕好的菇类,各别用白镬炒一下。Sauté bean curd pockets and shredded mushrooms in dry wok briefly.

    Step 3

    爆香材料C,加入材料A和调味味炒匀即可上碟,洒上调味料装饰,趁热享用。Saute ingredients C until fragrant,toss in ingredients A and seasoning,dish out and garnish.
