    龙虎斑鱼皮Q肉质非常嫩滑,放入咸菜和蕃茄,再加入指天椒,酸辣好开胃。

    Step 1

    将龙虎班处理干净,备用。Clean and wash fish, set aside.

    Step 2

    锅内热油,下姜丝小火炒香。Heat some oil in wok, saute ginger till fragrant.

    Step 3

    注入适量上汤, 放入咸菜、加入蕃茄、椒仔及芹菜煮滚。Pour in stock, add in pickles vegetables, tomatoes, chilli padi and celery, bring to boil.

    Step 4

    再放鱼、豆腐、水梅及调味料,用锡箔纸包扎好煮十分钟左右。Add in fish, tofu, plum and seasoning, cover with aluminium paper, cook for 10 minutes.

    Step 5

    打开后即可享用。Open the paper and serve hot.
