    Step 1

    将面粉、盐、大蒜粉、红甜椒粉混合均匀,再把鸡中翅均匀地裹上混合粉,然后在浅锅中煎至全熟并呈金黄色,备用。In a small bowl, combine the flour, salt, garlic powder and paprika powder evenly. Coat the chicken mid-joint wings with the flour mixture, pan fry till golden brown and set aside.

    取另一平底锅,倒入刀标 油将蒜茸爆香,加入刀标 特级生抽王、水、蜂蜜、橙皮屑、黄糖和盐煮至浓稠。之后把所有煎好的鸡中翅放入拌匀,撒上芝麻。In another pan, pour in Knife Cooking Oil and garlic, sauté till fragrant. Add in Knife Classic Light Soy Sauce, water, honey, orange zest, brown sugar and salt until the glaze is thicken. Put the chicken wings into the glaze until evenly coated and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
